The activities of the NDA has further crippled an all ready battered economy struggling to hold its own due to the mis-management of past and present government officials. Within few months of their existence, they have caused serious havoc to the Nigerian economy by blowing up major pipelines owned by foreign oil companies. Unfortunately, there is no sign that the group will stop the attacks, as they get bolder everyday and are beginning to attack facilities outside their strongholds.
The group has since listed their conditions for peace to reign. Read the conditions here.
But it is doubtful that the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari will give into all their demands.
