Super Eagles striker, Gbolahan Salami has been unveiled by Finnish club Kuopion Palloseura on Friday.
The 24-year-old became a free agent following the end of the 2015 NPFL season, where he finished as top scorer with 17 goals.
Salami voluntarily dropped out of Nigeria’s CHAN 2016 squad to push for a move abroad amidst a lot of backlash from fans of the national team.
Details of the deal were not immediately released but the Kups posted a photograph of the player on their twitter handle.
The club will play in the Veikkausliiga and they also have Nigeria International Azubuike Egwuekwe on their payroll.
