Music sensation, Solidstar has taken to social media to air his displeasure for losing out at the recently held 2015 edition of the Nigerian Entertainment Awards.
In a series of tweets, the Achievas Music act criticized the award organizers for their partiality. He also said “most of these Nigerian awards are just jokes! especially NEA!”.
Solidstar is not the first Nigerian music act to openly criticize award organizers. Few months ago, top African music stars such as Sarkodie, Fuse ODG, Yemi Alade, among others publicly aired their distaste following the treatment meted out to them at the 2015 BET Awards. Burna Boy also took to Twitter to address missing out of the nominees list of the recently held MTV MAMA Awards.
