Mixed Reactions Trail The Delivery Of Toke Makinwa’s Step Son

News broke few hours ago that media personality, Toke Makinwa’s hubby, Maje Ayida allegedly welcomed a bouncing baby boy from his longtime girlfriend, Anita Solomon.

The baby we scooped, was delivered on Sunday, July 19, 2015 and was kept a hush affair by Maje and Anita’s close relatives following the public outcry that trailed their relationship.

Recall Maje took to his instagram handle to tender an official apology to Toke Makinwa where he addressed his regrets and the also expressed his ‘sincerest apologies to his wife’. I was wrong, it is indefensible and I am sorry.

In getting people’s reactions on the latest development, ERAVE conducted an opinion poll on Nigerians to determine if the birth of the baby  prompted the public apology from Maje Ayida.

Read some of the reactions below.

“Maje offered the public apology due to the birth of the baby boy. I feel he took so long to offer an apology after the denial that was earlier reported in some sections of the media. Toke should forgive and move on”, – Adeolu Peters.

“While reading Maje’s apology on instagram, I imagine the crocodile tears that would be on his face if he were to say those words in Toke’s presence. It is uncalled for to be married and also have affairs outside your home. He needs to respect his wife.” – Segun Dimeji.

“Its obvious the birth of the newborn prompted the official apology from Maje. That’s all”, Boye Tals.

“It is already in the news that Anita delivered a baby boy. That can’t be reversed. I have a feeling that they have both moved on because neither have made any public statement or granted any form of interview. Toke should accept her husband now have a baby which automatically becomes her step son.” – Laurel.

“I am a woman and would never feel comfortable if my relationship or marriage is discussed in the open. Public apology or not, the deed has been done. They only have themselves to blame if their marriage hit the rocks because this is when people would offer silly words to either of them” – Teemah.
