AN OPEN LETTER TO MR. PRESIDENT..More Performance Sir, Less Populism IV.

Dear Mr. President, I must thank you for putting Nigeria in great light with that auspicious US trip. Welcome back home.

Whilst you were away Sir, the Haramist ran amok dishing human Barbecues in the States of Borno, Yobe & Gombe. Whilst you were away Nigerians were torn on the propriety or otherwise of your trip, obviously viewing same from partisan contours. Whilst you were away debates were predominated on the regional slant of the few Appointments you have made hitherto & on the northward slant of your delegation to the US. And whilst you were away the National Assembly failed to reconvene nor has our Party resolved the NASS leadership imbroglio.

Sir, I humbly recommend an urgent appointment of a Chief of Staff to the President, a Secretary to the Federal Govt, a patriotic DG for the News Agency of Nigeria & a very passionate & de-tribalized Nigerian as DG of the National Orientation Agency. Together with you Sir, these men shall undertake the urgent task of reconciling Nigerians; they shall disseminate Govt policies as well thought out & indiscriminate of religion & region; & they shall put COUNTRY FIRST, this is relevant to sustain the goodwill of this govt until you constitute your cabinet in September.

We must convince our kindred in the North East that their pain is ours. We must convince our kin in the South-South that we belong together. And we must rebuild amazing faith in the GREEN WHITE GREEN.

With due respect, there is nothing to welcome the President, why spent so much money for a fruitless visit! Up till now we are yet to understand the direction of his leadership! Let President Buhari start fulfilling his promises! We haven't seen any positive change yet and we need to start seeing them Mr President! This is my open letter to him.
