In celebrating Ogun State at 40, it is noteworthy that the Governor Ibikunle Amosun administration has worked hard to change the face of the state through the Homeowners’ Charter Programme and other notable projects such as the construction of Ogun standard roads and bridges, model schools, agriculture and rural development, youth empowerment amongst others.
The distribution of 1,000 Certificates of Occupancy and other Title Documents to another batch of beneficiaries recently has again showed that the Amosun administration is sincere and always stands by its words. It is commendable that thousands of people that applied under the programme have become “real landlords” and the process of obtaining the documents is convenient and affordable for the citizens.
