Ogun creating employment with Homeowners Charter –HoS

THE Ogun State Head of Service (HoS), Mr. Olusola Adeyemi, has commended the ingenuity in the conception of Homeowners’ Charter Programme of the Ogun State Governor, Mr. Ibikunle Amosun, which has generated both direct and indirect employment for youths in the state.
Adeyemi who made this known during the presentation of 1,000 Certificates of Occupancy (Cs of O) and Building Plan Approval to beneficiaries at the Arcade Ground, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, noted that the youths have been engaged at various stages of the programme and benefitted immensely from it.
According to him, “apart from providing employment, this programme encourages all property owners in the state to be legal owners of their buildings and it has been applauded even outside Ogun State.”
The HoS further assured other applicants on the waiting list that they would not be denied their title documents once they are not in contravention with planning regulations.
