One of Nigeria’s most celebrated but reserved billionaire, Oluwo Antonio Deinde Fernandez is dead. Fernandez’s death was announced by Ovation Magazine Publisher, Dele Momodu in a tweet at about 9pm on Tuesday night. He said “Nigeria, and indeed Africa, has just lost one of its greatest sons; Ambassador Chief Antonio Dehinde Fernandez is gone!” He was 79.
Chief Antonio Oladeinde Fernandez is a Nigerian Business magnate, Diplomat and Permanent Representative of Central African Republic to the United Nations. He is one of the richest men in Africa.
